We moved in September of 2025 , and it’s been a hell of year living here . First work order we put in was in October over a leak in the first bathroom , didn’t get fixed until May 20th of 2026 . I also put in a work order for the sliding door to the balcony every time it rains water gets in and the floor soaks it all up and now it’s lifting little by little , put a work order in and they marked it as done .
