Great apartments in downtown Duluth. CityView Flats is a fantastic place to live. Lots of the apartments have great views of the city or overlooking the lake. Plenty of amenities including hot tub, exercise, sauna, heated underground garage. All of the units are new with modern appliances. I'm glad I made the choice to move here.

Parking not available as advertised. I signed a lease based on the information provided in apartments.com ad that parking spaces would be available at cost. A week prior to move in I called to arrange a parking space which I was willing to pay for but was told none would be available and I would have to be put on a waiting list to get one at some undetermined time. Given that a parking space was a requirement for me due to this not being a safe place to park your vehicle on the street, I informed them I would not be able to ... read more
