Unfortunately, a hit-or-miss experience. In my case mainly "miss", Friendly staff, but several treatment outcomes were extremely disappointing and I ended up wasting a few thousand dollars on treatment that ultimately had to be redone elsewhere...

I came to understand that a patient went for orthodontic treatment at this clinic and later experienced serious complications, including bite problems, TMJ disorder, and severe emotional suffering, which tragically resulted in the loss of her life. After learning about this situation, I have serious concerns about the safety and quality of care provided at this facility.
