Whatever you do do not rent from J VUE at the LMA 75 Saint Alphonsus St, Boston, MA 02120 This apartment needs to be tore down. They have a major rodent and pest problem. The rats were coming through the walls and through the kitchen cabinets. I rented a small room and was locked into a lease. I feel as though it is very overcrowded the trash and cleanup is horrible so it has a lot of rats whatever you do do not rent from this apartment complex. People are not very clean here in this building.
We moved in a month ago, and so far we have not encountered the problems in the other reviews. Chip was nice and professional and we had a smooth move-in experience. Elevators are often down but there is always one that works. There are cockroaches but they are easy to kill. Mice were ocassionally heard crawling down the pipes, but they feared our cats. For the price, it is a nice place to live in.
We have been living here for the past year, and this place has been a nightmare. Out of the three elevators, usually only one is working. We constantly have to wait up to 20 minutes just to go up or down. On top of that, the lobby has had a horrible smell for months. It smells like a decomposing animal. The leasing office staff don't even work from the leasing office anymore because they can't handle the odor.
