I had a great experience with Génesis installing my new thermostat! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I am writing this review after witnessing what my girlfriend has experienced while living in this building. The conditions and management’s handling of her concerns have been completely unacceptable. She has dealt with serious problems involving rats, insect infestations, poor upkeep of common areas, and repeated maintenance issues inside her apartment. Living here has involved an unacceptable number of serious problems, including rats, insect infestations, maintenance issues inside the apartments, poor upkeep of common areas, and communication from the leasing office that is often delayed, dismissive, or completely inadequate.
