I called about My dog Oreo who had been limping and not putting pressure on his front right paw. Whenever My Husband would pick him up he would whine. I called CityVet letting them know my concerns and was immediately greeted with such good customer service on the phone and in person. I was able to get an appointment the same day. We had our first experience here today, with my dog who is sick. We came from another local vet place that we stopped going to (by choice) so I was nervous going somewhere new. From the interaction making the initial appointment, to the very friendly welcome when we arrived, and the care and kindness we received throughout the entire appointment, we certainly will be back with any upcoming care for our pets. Everyone there was so nice. I have an older , somewhat crabby Chihuahua mix. They were so patient and sweet with her. I could not have asked for a better experience for her. The prices were ....what I'd expect to pay.
