Absolutely ridiculous! Had an appointment just to cut nails ended up leaving without nails cut and then paying almost $300 for nothing! This is not my first time at this location and they cut his nails no problem at all guaranteed that they would be able to do it. Second visit was today and they sold two bottles of medication charge me to check on his ear infection which you never had an ear infection and they never got his nails cut and that's what the appointment was for.
