Excellent. Helped me with an urgent appointment on a Sunday. What a godsend this team was. They even have pup cups.
I discovered CityVet online when I was in the parking lot of another emergency vet I found closed. It was a weekend, I had an elderly dog with me that had been attacked, and needed immediate care. I was so relieved when I called and was told to come and they would be ready for us. My pup had a mass she had to get removed, and staff was super friendly to her. They gave her treats and lots of love! The doctor gave me a couple different options and gave me the price estimates before I chose what route to proceed. She had her operation yesterday and is back to normal today! I’ve come in various times for different emergencies, and they’ve always been able to squeeze her in. I’ve been going for over a year and have never had a bad experience!
The staff here is very friendly and they were kind enough to clean my cat’s carrier after she had an accident, but I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I was referred here for a "free first exam”, which is still promoted on google (posted below) but they checked me in without a word about how a sick visit actually costs $75. PLEASE read this review fully, and then take the time to read other reviews as well, especially the ones mentioning communication issues, dismissive behavior, and feeling unheard. After reading through them myself, I realized my experience may not have been as isolated as I was initially made to feel.
