Dr. Fish and her staff are the best! Clients are encouraged to bring their dogs in for treats when walking by to give the dogs positive associations with the clinic.
I’m leaving this review in case anyone can learn from my mistakes. I go to CityVet regularly and have always very much liked this location - the concierge is always quick to book an appointment for me, including walk-ins, the nurses I’ve interacted with were always very affectionate and gentle with my cat, and Dr. Fish has always taken good care of her health needs. We absolutely love City Vet Midtown. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My dog who is very unsure and timid actually comes out of his shell there and leaves happy.
Love the team at CityVet!! They are always so kind to me and my pups!
