I unfortunately had a poor experience with City Star Limos that was a huge damper on my wedding day and I don't recommend you use them for your major life events as they will add unnecessary stress to your event. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this was unfortunately such a negative experience I feel the need to let other brides and event planners know. Driver threatened me regarding timing of payment. Then persisted to harass us for payment throughout the evening. Later asked for my healthcard as collateral. Then failed to return the health card. Company then promised a $100 refund of the $1,000 paid. Company then reneged on the refund. Worst customer service experience I've had.
We recently used City Stars Limo for a concert. The service was amazing ! Highly recommend our driver Daniel ! He was a great driver
Eric was very friendly and made the youths in my church feel at home during the three hours road trip. His impeccable customer service and driving skills is admirable and that’s what it should be. I have used same bus company back to back for our annual youths camping retreat. I hereby recommend city stars limo.
