I work at a place that rents a space from this company. I use the word "manage" loosely. This company cares very little for it's tenants.. even when the space they lease out is infested with crickets and water bugs. They also don't care if you have burned out ballasts that result from them not properly rain proofing their roofs. We have been leasing from city space at One of the marquis properties and we are very happy with them. They are very strict which is not always great for tenants with lots of cars in the parking lot but it’s great for keeping the place safe and clean. The prices for our space have gone up a lot in the last 7 years but they are still really fair for the area. They do a great job at keeping it clean and maintained.
