They haven't responded to my DME or myself in months. I've been trying to get replacement equipment for my CPAP machine. My mask is literally falling apart.
Never actually met a doctor. Never saw my test results. Sleep problems began after being perscibed CPAP. Does not reply when requesting help.
I had been having trouble sleeping and was feeling tired all day. My doctor suggested that I go to a sleep study. Upon meeting Dr. Chen I felt right at home and he was very easy to talk to. He got me in for the study the same day and quickly got me set up with a sleep apnea machine and my sleep has improved more and more each day. I am so thankful that I was recommended to see Dr. Chen and look forward continuing to work with him in the future.
