Our rental experience with Citysearch started out good in May/25 with us putting in lots of Melds and getting quick replies & good service from their vendors. Generally, these were for repairs that we feel (having owned our own house), should have been done by the owner prior to our move-in here. Our list just kept growing though. Citysearch has a $35 amenity fee / month that covers 9 specific commitments - their foundation to serving us. Tenants have to pay regardless if Citysearch is living up to their standards or not.
