Customer service could be better but not bad. I signed up with citysearch around the end of October 2008 - for 3 months. Prior to that, when doing searches, my website and/or business name (linked to other sites such as merchantcircle, etc) would come up on page one or two. I was hoping being a featured site would help my business, instead business decreased in the last couple months (of course the great economic bailout impacted it as well - how wonderful).
Tons of reviews, great for everything Disclaimer: Citysearch and Insiderpages are the same company. Citysearch is a great resource for connecting you to the things you want and need through better local content, trusted advice, and helpful tools.
