We live in a house built by this builder in 2005. They did not flash the top of SEVEN of our front windows resulting in much expense and damage from water. Also, on the outside trim they used indoor grade wood. I cannot express my disappointment with the shortcuts and lack of care they took. We are not the original owners. I would be happy to send pics of the damage. It has cost thousands of dollars because they did not take care.
Just purchased a home built by CityScape builders. I am so impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of this home. Sturdy. Solid construction. Quality materials. No attention to detail left out. Welcome home!! So happy
