I went to this CityMD location three times in August 2025 for suture removal after a work injury. Every time I went in the office was clean, quiet, and the service was warm and prompt. Kelly Crimi took care of me each time and she was so sweet and very easy to talk to, and she definitely knows her way around stitches. I would recommend this location, it's easy to schedule and usually not that busy. Definitely better than braving the crowds at Hartford Healthcare or the ER in my opinion!

Had a great experience here with getting stitches in my finger from Kelly the PA.
This place is absolutely wonderful. Clean, new building. Extremely friendly staff when I’ve visited. And they run on time in my experience which, as an urgent care service, is what we are looking for. I drive 25 min from Greenwich for this urgent care when we need it.
The people here are so attentive and kind! The past 2 times I’ve been here, I was in and out very quickly with a helpful prescription. If you want to avoid long waits for urgent care, come here!
