Walked in for a booked appointment and where 3 ladies at the front they looked annoyed at my presence, nobody wanted to help me. Then the bravest one speaks up and doesn’t inform me properly of policy and what I can and cannot do instead talks to me as if i’m slow. customer services needs work, what should have been said was we charge for physicals that are needed for work out of pocket but if you go to a actual doctors office and not a urgent care your insurance can be taken. simple information instead of treating the patie... read more

As a healthcare worker I understand the anxious desire to go home, but to turn us away with a lie just b/c you're counting down the minutes to go home is unprofessional and frankly rude. Some back story to make it more understandable...it was 50 mins prior to closing time, the waiting room was completely empty and the two staff members were sitting down chatting.

I am very pleased with the services I received at CityMd in Englewood, NJ. Starting with PSR: Yasmeen, I was greeted with a smile, she was kind courteous and attentive. I also want to mention Scribe: Shaheer, was very attentive kind and courteous, also greeted me with a smile. And lastly Dr. Shukla. he has great bedside manners, he showed concern for me overall. Thank you CityMd at Englewood! You rock!

Short wait time. Very clean facility and attentive and kind staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and handled my injury with care.
