Please don't go here if its close to closing time. I was told that there was nothing they can do for me. They didnt even touch me. Pushed me off to go to the emergency room. Once that bill gets sent to my insurance I will follow up to make sure its properly billed since I was there about 10 minutes..if that.

Beyond terrible. Where to begin? Extremely hard to reach anyone there by phone. (It's urgent! Answer the phone!) When finally patched through by an entirely separate Summit Health department, dangerously misinformed by the person who answered—presumably because SHE was misinformed. Here's what happened. I needed leg ultrasounds the same day, per my own doc. On 4/18 I went here after sustaining a laceration to my left temporal region. I was concerned when the Dr said it was a jagged deep laceration, and if I were younger he would have sent me to a plastic surgeon, but he told me to have the stitches removed in 6 days and I’d be ok. Now, the left side of my forehead is paralyzed. From day 1, I told the front desk that I was concerned but was told to call Patient Relations, which sent me from one computerized message to another.
