I would avoid renting from these people. It took me a month and a half to get my furnace replaced, in the middle of winter, they let my brother out of the lease early without letting me know. I asked politely to leave a couple of months early because I couldn’t continue to afford it and they told me no and then changed the locks the day I requested with warning or acknowledgement. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

This company needs to be on the news. It is outrageous what they do. They do not communicate well at all. They couldn't care less. They think not passing inspections a bunch of times is acceptable. (I can show the texts where they flat out say this). You should not have a move in date and still be desperately trying to get into a place 2 months later.
