Rude, disrespectful baristas. Not helpful at all. Music choice was horrible. Poorly made lattes. Tea wasn't steeped nearly enough. Cold temperature, I kept my coat and scarf on when I drank my drab latte. But mostly the crabby and unhelpful staff is why I'm rating this coffee shop 1 star.

I am not one to write reviews, but I visited your location today and experienced terrible service. Very rude baristas who acted like it was an inconvenience to take people's orders, provide WiFi passwords, bring people their food - in other words, to do their job. As I was sitting outside finishing coffee, at least 10 different people leaving the coffee shop commented on how rude the service was. I looked at the Yelp reviews and also saw this as a common thread. As you are a business within the hospitality industry, this should be addressed immediately.

Agree with other posts - amazing coffee, cute local spot, but rude baristas. When I asked for a dry cappuccino, and explained what that meant, the barista just said that they "don't do that here"... like saying you can't make a Manhattan at a cocktail bar. Pretty disappointing as I like to support local businesses, and the coffee is much nicer than anywhere around.

Quality of coffee second to none, and prices are lower than Bowtruss, Intelligentsia, Asado, etc. And the food is good. The upstairs is a fantastic place to work and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and relaxed. Great place to have community meetings etc. They also keep it seasonal, with comfy outdoor furniture in the summer and a "firepit" in the Fall. Music is eclectic and interesting (if you are looking for bland Starbucks pap you are in the wrong place). Best coffee place in the neighborhood, not even close.
