Five Star Customer Service – I manage a small business and work directly with dogs. It is very important to me that my customers always have a great experience at my store, and when I refer them to other businesses, it is only the best. City Dog Market is at the top of my list. I agree – I have to agree with much of what Bowser wrote. While I did not appreciate his or her personal attacks, I too was treated rudely by their staff of several visits. You could say that I was a regular for a while, but that changed about a little over a month ago. It's not only the owners who I fould to be rude, but many of the staff as well. Skip it... – First of all I usually NEVER give bad reviews but felt I needed to do so after the horrible service I received at CDM. The two butchy bitchy women who run and own the place should learn to give customers respect. The fact is that they know NOTHING about proper pet nutrition. Maybe they should invest some time and money in reading about it. The advice they gave me was all wrong and they advice I heard them give others was wrong as well. Bad Experience – I am a frequent customer at CityDog Market, and have always had a fairly pleasant experience. As a Brookhaven resident, I love to support my local businesses, even if it means buying my dog lots of overpriced dog treats. : ) Unfortunately, I saw a very unpleasant side of the staff when I stopped by the other day during a training run. Good selection – Helpful staff, lots of toys and treats, all natural.
Most enjoyable shopping experience of my life! – I have never interacted with a group of people so fully motivated to cater to my pets needs. Each staff member gave me such a warm greeting when I came in and they really took the time to figure out what would be perfect for my little Tinkerbell. Everyone was so educated and knew exactly what to recommend! Needless to say, I was definitely impressed with my visit to City Dog Market and I will definitely be returning!
Great pet supply store! – Really nice staff, always have what you are looking for. Great self-serve dog wash and really good foods.
BEST PET STORE EVER! – I love this store! Patsy and Renee are so nice and their staff is awesome! My kitties love all of their treats and best of all I don't have to buy their food at the vet anymore! That stuff is so expensive and not nearly as healthy! They also have really great dog stuff and a self serve dog wash! I don't need it with my kitties but I still think it is just fabulous! I highly recommend visiting City Dog Market as soon as possible!
