RecommendedSo nice the doctor was very knowledgeable and the staff were quick and the place was clean and the whole process was quick and efficient! Now if only my doctors office could be like this !!
RecommendedFriendly and understanding staff! I was seen with in minutes and they actually accepted my ChampVA insurance! Hard to find a place that accepts it, but they did! definitely will be going back. It's worth the drive for proper care! Also, LOVE how they are aimed to helping veterans and their families! I had travelled Internationally and came back with a stomach ache, nausea, diarrhea, coughing, congestion and sneezing. Those were my symptoms. I went to CityDoc Uptown as they had an opening and it was closer to my work than my primary physician. I was told by your doctor that she thought there was an issue with my Uterus and I would need to do a pelvic exam. Excellent care and very compassionate team there.
Our son was examined by an RN for a possible concussion. The RN acted hurried, showed no empathy nor friendliness, provided explanatory information only when asked, and filled out a referral request with incorrect information regarding the circumstances of my son's injury. My son had to correct several pieces of information which were important for an emergency room to know. We strongly recommend NOT using CIty Doc West 7th for emergency care.
