I was there yesterday because I had a cut on my knee no waiting time,receptionist and staff in general were friendly great service. Thank you 😊
From the moment i walked in the door, my daughter and i were greeted by the receptionist right away. She was very efficent and kind. She had me fill out paperwork and i was taken to the back by the nurse. She asked me what was going on and she showed great concern and i could tell she is passionate about her job. The staff is amazing! Very friendly, very helpful
I was referred to City Doc by my insurance and could not be more pleased with the help that I received there. I did not make an appointment and was seen very quickly. I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but, Dr. Nance was great! She talked me through and made sure I understood everything that was going on and took great care of me. The Nurses were very helpful as well. If I did not live in Austin this would be my go to place. Thanks so much Dr. Nance, Toni, and Sarah. Sorry if I spelt your names wrong!
