I went in for a muscle spasm in my back. They made me take an x ray of my spine and told me I had a fractured vertebrae. When I followed up with a specialist, he couldn't understand how anyone could possibly have interpreted the x Ray as a fracture. The doctors here don't se to know what they are doing.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The "Doctor" was a disgrace to the Medical profession and the nurses had an attitude like I was bothering them by being there. These people are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. I've NEVER been so disappointed with an urgent care center. Don't trust these people with your health. Biggest waste of money and time.
We were in & out quickly, the staff was friendly and they even called the next day to check on my son.
I too agree with Emily, Chi was just a warm and patient person.
Chi Vu was amazing and extremely helpful. Her bedside manner and willing to take a phone call after a visit went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and help.
Been here on a few occasions in Mansfield and have been very impressed with service and diagnosis. Have even sent several friends who needed urgent care! No complaints! Great place if you need care! Be well!
