Spoke to someone on the phone about a particular car, made an appointment to go see it and when we get there they tell us that the car can't be sold. They claimed the car needs minor issues fixed. Meanwhile carfax indicates they had the car in their lot since March. You think they would have fix those "minor issues" in three months. That seems to be their bait and switch car. Will avoid this dealer.
I worked with Oscar when I stopped by recently to trade in my Elantra. He is very patient and thorough about getting you into the ideal car that you are looking for. He will check in to make sure you are satisfied throughout the buying process. I recommend him if you are shopping for a new Hyundai.
