These guys are cutting down our neighbors insanely dangerous Black Locust trees. About a month ago a different company took one of the others out. They had 3x the people as City does on the job and it took them two days to remove it. It’s actually laughable, clearly they are paid hourly. They used a bucket to reach branches instead of climbing/lines. I was so relieved when City showed up for the other two trees! Once I saw the lines come out I knew they were gonna get the job DONE. We called and left a message. No response. I called three weeks later and spoke to secretary. She apologized and said they had an issue and some VM were lost. She took information and said someone would contact us. 10 days….nothing. I called again and had to leave another VM. No response and it’s another 10 days. We have given up. You must be too busy to take on anymore business. We will go with someone else. The arborist we had out referred you bc the job was too big for him.

Wow it's been a few years but Gary was great to work for. One of the most honest business men I've met and a great boss. It's hard dangerous work so it was good to have someone so knowledgeable to learn from. I was with city wide for about 10 years and advance to Hazmat trucking. I still get the adrenaline rush from driving 105k pounds of fuel on ice as I did with taking the top from a wobbly 150 fir tree fun times.
