Horrible experience, very unprofessional Tenant beware. Vince runs the place and treats everyone in my building with disrespect. He has called me names on several occassions, yells and refuses to do simple things that are his job. I will never rent an apartment managed by Citywide again. They are horrible company to deal with and should be out of business.
Tyranical Manager – I noticed all the reviews are from the owners and the tenants arent properly given voice. The manager, who will remain nameless, is out of the office by 1 everyday. He also started construction in my apartment without giving me full disclosure of what was going to happen. Over a month later I still had workers and a damaged living condition. dont do business with city wide city wide did some really bad work on my property and they refused to fix it. they told me to call the 'contractors'. so why do i need citywide if i have to haggle with the people who did the bad work. so i fired citywide and manage my own properties now. a lot less headache.
Honest I like them because they fix things that break on the property fast. They also get good tenants. Never had a eviction and I always get results. Very low cost management fee and do not use in house vendors
Security Deposits My last rental was from a private party that nickle and dime the expenses. She was a real crook!!! It's better to rent from a professional company than a private party. I had no problems with them.
City Wide If you have a house to sell or rent out, this is the place to go. This small business is personal, friendly, and gets the job done. I strongly recommend coming here for any of your property problems.
