Fast and Friendly – Just got into town and found a 2 bedroom apartment on Thursday. I placed a application in at 4 and got a answer by 11 the next day. Signed the lease at 1:00 and got the keys. Moved in on Saturday. The unit was cleaned and painted with new carpets. Professional with No Hassle.
Great Property Management Company!! – I have had a very positive tenant/landlord relationship with City Wide during my tenancy. I found the rent to be fair and the office staff to be accommodating and friendly. They responded quickly, professionally, and efficiently to my problems, such as clogs, etc. I was happy to get my full security deposit back in a timely manner. I would recommend them because I really enjoyed living in my place and loved the location, but had to move because of a transfer.

After driving 2 hrs to see the condo... – I just got home from 2 hrs of driving back home. After a long drive of two hours, Vince, a "supervisor" at City Wide Property Management in Manhattan Beach failed to show me the place because he forgot to bring the key! At the door of the condo where I was supposed to see inside today, I was abruptly told that he'd need to reschedule because he can't open the door.
