It’s rare these days to have a company complete a job with great communication and customer service, but that’s what we got with Chad and his company. He came to my elderly mother’s house at 5:00 in the evening to replace a water heater that had suddenly developed a leak and was dripping into the kitchen from the second floor. The main water line to the house blew on a Sunday. City Wide was there within 2 hours and had the issue fixed. The price was what they quoted. The two employees that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
