They refuse to pay there workers me and my brother work 7 hours no pay....flat out told me im not getting nothing
Does not pay their drivers. He owe my helper and I 8 hours of work each he refuses to pay
If I could, I would give them less than one star. It was the worst move that I've ever experienced. I've moved a few times in my life, including out of state and have always used professional movers and have never encountered anything like my experience with Citywide. Avoid Citywide, if you want to avoid worst nightmare and worst moving experience. some highlights of citywide movers, - Initial low cost quote (happy customer) - During pickup- highly unprofessional pickup, no ETA, - After loading , double the charge of initial quote, no option than signing documents . - Delivery date: 30days from your your requested delivery date, literally near to 30 days. - 450$ additional charge(in my case) , if 16 wheeler semi truck cant come to your door steps. reall... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND PANICKED WHEN THEY DON'T SHOW UP. How this company hasn't been shut down by the Better Business Bureau is beyond me.
