These People Are Nasty – We did not receive our bill in the mail and it was a whole run around trying to get our tenant number and who to call and where to send the payment to. Our main office had closed early and so we couldn't even call them until the third of December and the only had the address and had to call us back with the number to call to get our tenant info. I got the number and called on Friday, but they were closed. I got someone on Saturday to give us the tenant number and went to the post office to overnight ... read more
Properties OK; Service Horrible – This management company allows their maintenance crews to abuse entrance of apts without notification. The crew comes into apts whenever they want and the company does not even reprimand them. The people who work there are incredibly rude and not at all helpful. If I find another place to live I plan on moving so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
