We are in the Kitchener area and were looking to find a local company to underpin our crawl space. City Wide responded and lead us to believe they had a local crew, but in the the end they drove in from Brampton everyday, that they actually came. Initially the quote was quite competitive, but after a closer look at the drawings it increased 50%. Which still seemed fair. I called City Wide Group when there was a problem with a leaky basement. James came over the very next day and was very impressive with his wealth of knowledge and how he was going to fix the problem. The crew had to work under very challenging conditions from a snow filled back yard to heavy clay soil. They also worked carefully around a cherished awning attached to the house. Recently we discovered a leak in our basement. Jamie at City Wide contacted us over the phone to get information. He quickly directed me to check few things which helped me to identify the leak which was not through our basement walls, thankfully. The problem was fixed and while I did not need City Wide Group services, they provided professional, helpful information in a timely and friendly manner. I would NOT hesitate to call them or recommend them to friends and family.

We recently had a basement flood and called City Wide Group based on a recommendation from a past customer. Jamie came out and was able to explain to us exactly why the flooding was happening and came up with a design plan to fix it. A new sump pump, weeping tile and waterproofing were installed, and Jamie was able to design the work so it would not affect our driveway and front porch or destroy finished areas of our basement.
