Chris and his crew have been extremely accommodating at our multiple locations! We have had excellent daily janitorial service at both of our facilities for over two years. Extremely attentive and flexible and always willing to go the extra mile. I've used them for construction cleaning, window cleaning and general site clean up. Also assisted with some small floor repairs for a facility we were leaving. Service has been top notch!

I can always count on the Citywide team to go above and beyond. Our representative, Tracy Ta, is consistently responsive, whether it's for last-minute requests or scheduled services. Whenever an issue arises, it is resolved quickly and efficiently with excellent communication throughout the process. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service make them a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Citywide team.

Tracy Ta, Facility Solutions Manager, is very responsive and always just a call away—exactly the kind of partner you want to work with long term. Aside from keeping the lot clean, their team recently helped us with a homeless issue. On their very first day of security patrol, Tracy kept us updated every hour, and by the end of the shift, the homeless had left the property with their belongings. The remaining trash was cleaned up as well. Great communication, quick response, and excellent work. Highly recommended!
