I signed up for CityWide Cleaning service in Desoto Texas in August of 2024. I had to sign a contract and was scheduled to pay $1000 per month to have my 5,000 sf building cleaned 3 times per week. Citywide will try to get you to sign up for an initial deep clean for the price of one months cleaning. Don’t do it. They didn’t come close to doing a deep clean-waste of money.
