Very rude staff and then they make you wait. My client waited over an hour for her booked appointment. They didn’t take accountability for the mistake they made saying that they like blaming others for their initial mistakes.
City West Eye Centre The worst medical centre, with unprofessional receptionists that three of them do not what they doing ask each other what to do, booked an appointment 3:00pm turn up they missed to fit me in had to wait 2 and half hours and still waiting here. Do not book here waste of time and your money…
Terrible staff rude receptionists and the doctors are extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable in fact dr saks was reluctant to let my carer come in and I'm wheelchair bound it took 20 mins to convince him to let him in he kept saying I don't understand why you need a carer to help you well if he can't understand that how can I trust him to understand my health problems
We had a 10am appointment. We saw the Dr close to 12pm. The staff acted like it's the norm. People's time don't matter. Manage your bookings well and stop over booking your Drs.
