Safety is an Issue – City West is down right SCARY! I wouldn?t recommend anyone moving into City West! A month and a half ago two GUNMEN with guns and a bat recently tried to ROB my neighbor. My other neighbors vehicle was STOLEN out of the lot in front of our building. In addition there are always odd people ROAMING the property and the other night some of the roamers broke into vehicles...leaving nothing behind besides broken glass. Beautiful but UNSAFE! – The grounds are gorgeous! In summer during the day the pool and volley ball areas just scream for you to come play! The apartments themselves even look nice, inside and out. But do not let that fool you into thinking that this is paradise. My husband and I moved here before we got married and had a baby thinking that this was IT, this was the best place to live if we were not going to move into a home. We were wrong though! they are ok, management like most places are extremely nice when it is time to renew your lease, slow to respond to maintenence requests, but extremely quick to beat down the door if you owe them a penny. they need customer service help in a bad way
