its all horrible honestly. They are rude, dont care about safety. horrible management. only thing good is 1 maintanince man named Lawrence he is a great guy.
Not recommended you will regret. They charge garbage for extra $100 a month and not providing a bin outside. Even your contract is over still you need to give 60 days notice it sucks

El peor lugar la renta cara y los apartamentos no sirven me mude y había moho , goteras , el aire no sirve además de que la estufa dure el año completo y nunca sirvió la renta súper cara siempre añadiéndole algo más , los que trabajan en el lease office son unas mal educadas sin ética puedes encontrar algo mejor por este precio , no te mudes aquí si quieres estar a gusto no lo hagas
Dear Future Tenants, We had been staying in this place for 5 years. Finally, we were done with the lease. Fair warning for the future tenants, people here will just scam you for your money, especially when you were done with your lease. They will come up with ridiculous things like carpet. If you were a new tenant, would you use a carpet that has been used for 5 years by other people?
