HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Avoid at all costs. If you read recent reviews you’ll see why. We had a very similar experience. Incompetence stacked on top of more incompetence. I have to hope they go out of business soon before more people suffer the same.
Avoid this company if you don’t want to end up with multiple leaks in your house and no one to respond when they occur. They’ll void your warranty based on their convenience, leaving you with a leak and no water even after paying them overpriced, low-quality hardware for years. I strongly advise people to do more research and steer clear of this company.
Be cautious when considering this service. Although the filter was replaced as scheduled, the water quality afterward was extremely poor—it had a strong chlorine smell and unpleasant taste. When we raised the concern, the response was unprofessional and dismissive; instead of addressing the issue, we were blamed and told we were exaggerating. After being a long-time customer, this experience was highly disappointing. Based on this, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
Bad design, i had a major water leak... luckily my son was still home in the morning before going to school and he was able to shut off the water otherwise would have been really really bad maintenance system.
