I bought a spring well whole house water softener system and city water was one of the few local company that would install brands that are not their own or resale. Their schedule was quick with reasonable price. They did a great job on the installation. After a few month the water softener system performance degraded. I couldn’t figure out the reason myself even with the help of AI. I asked city water filter to come and take a look. They found out the reason in one minute and fixed it within a few minutes. Bad service altitude, nor to mention insane prices. Can you believe that one crake on the lids will need you to replace the whole system and cost you hundreds? When technician comes, he brought nothing and just check your issue and charge you 150. While the issue can be fixed at the same time, they will need to come again wadting more time and charge yoi again. Will never use the service and product

Clay, the owner, explained the options and we ended up choosing the whole house filter with bone char tank, as well as a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen. Larry installed everything and did a great job all around, including drilling our kitchen counter to install a spout and hooking the RO system up to our fridge. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend City Water Filter to anyone who might be in... read more
