On 11/8/25 I brought my 2023 Jetta with 13,000 miles in for service. The engine light was on. After waiting two hours I was told I would have to come back because the technician ''couldn't access the diagnostic information". On 11/14/25 I returned at 7:30 A.M and waited another two hours while the car was serviced. I was told the problem was fixed and the engine light was off. as of yesterday (11/15/25) the engine light is on again. Horrible and incompetent service.
