The dealer called me with updates on the ID4 arrival. These updates were more accurate than when I logged into my VW ID4 account. Buying the car and learning about the car took a while, but I believe that a major car purchase should take some time. I appreciate that our sales person invested so much time with us. Ikon 2025 I bought an ID Buzz and the staff were great to work with.
I bought a new car to avoid any car issues. However, I have noticed that the sales people at this dealership are very incompetent. I am beyond disappointed with mainly Brian, for selling me a CPO 24 Cross Sport, that, not even after 2 months, is having problems. Noise from the brakes plus some rattling metal noise that is coming from the bottom of the car.
