From start to finish - sales to back office to service - City VW is a bonafide class act. My sales associate Alex was genuine, the back office ensured my old plates and registration were quickly transferred in IL, the service dept is amazing - when I brought my car in for a firmware update, I somehow had picked up something that caused a flat tire and they repaired it before I even knew it - the service tech said she assumed it was in their lot and didn’t bat an eye when she handed me a $0 invoice! Negotiations were fair and amicable although once there I was made to feel like I had to use their financing or I would lose the car. Conveniently neglected to advise they could give me the vehicle on a rental agreement to go get the check from my bank until after my credit was ran. Was there from 9AM-2:30PM including the 45min bank trip.
