The sales people at this dealership are very incompetent. I am beyond disappointed with mainly Jon and Brian, for selling me a CPO 24 Cross Sport, that, not even after 2 months, is having problems. Noise from the brakes plus some weird metal noise that is coming from the bottom of the car. Not only that, I never received my license plates and when I reached out to them, I was always brushed off. Went in for an oil change and came out purchasing a brand new vehicle. Once I inquired about this 2025 Atlas, my salesperson Lameshia was very helpful with my purchase. With me having a disability, she went the extra mile in transferring everything from my old vehicle to the new one. And also being that the new vehicle didn't have the right charging port to charge my prosthetic, she went out of her way to purchase the necessary part that I needed. She made me feel very at ease with my new purchase.

This dealership is starting to get on my nerves I brought my car here almost 3 weeks ago and this place and everyone here drags their feet and and is so inconsiderate about every else's time and needs. I need to get to work and other places also. Not even a loaner car offered nothing. the auto shop has told me that my car has been ready for about 4 days already and yet I still cannot get my car because others cant come in and get the information they need or supply checks to body shops. So unprofessional!! Do better!!!
