Please do yourself a favor and look anywhere else to live. If the maintenance people actually respond to a request, they will come into your apartment without permission and you will not be notified. If you have a car, it will be towed and you may or may not be able to retrieve from shanks. Your trash will be taken when they want to take it, not on the designated trash days. This is one of the worst apartment buildings I have ever lived at, consistent noise issues.

No one rent here, they are absolute trash.
RecommendedHave lived here almost 2 years now and just signed for another year. I love it here! Staff are helpful and responsive, amenities and location are awesome. Love being close to all the things happening in town, but without the parking hassle in places like the Fan or Scott's. The area is really picking up, too with the addition of a whole bunch of new restaurants and the beloved Richmond breweries. Plus the already well established neighborhood spots are always great. A community in the truest sense.
I moved to this community back in January of 2018 and loved living here until our apartment started having water leak issues. Upon notifying management that we were having these issues (on a Thursday), they let us know that they might get to the issue on the following Monday. I've attached pictures to this review in order to show what the issue looked like. Do yourself a favor and consider moving somewhere else! This place is not worth the amount of money they are charging on rent.
The staff is awesome! The place is great. I get to make new friends every day hanging out grilling by the saltwater pool. We can walk to Brown’s Island and many of the restaurants and fun places right downtown. I hope you get to enjoy this great place!
Super friendly staff. Really quick maintenance fixes. Incredible amenities (pool, 2 gyms, clubhouse, trash pickup, etc.). 2 blocks away from Legends Brewing and 1 block away from Twisted Ale Brewery. Couldn't be happier.
