This place has taken a down hill turn. They have had 3 community managers in 2 years. The parking often is very spotty and they will tow if you do not have a parking pass. The community area is nice, but the grills are NEVER clean and the pool with chipping paint has been shut down several days over the summer for not meeting levels. There is minimal kitchen storage in the apartment. Several buildings have had rodent issues as well. I once caught 13 mice in 15 days. RecommendedI absolutely love this place. I’ve lived in NKY/Tri-State area my whole life and as for apartments go this is the best for city living without the hustle and bustle of the city. So quite and so many pretty views. My boyfriend and I met with Nicole and fell in love instantly. She was very accommodating and did everything she could to give us what we were looking for. Highly recommend for any age.
I lived here for one year and 4 months and I enjoyed it. The area felt safe and secure. It was a few minutes drive to my workplace, grocery, and other shopping. I had a great interaction with the property managers - both Gwen and Nicole. Maintenance always fixed my requests promptly. When I was moving out, Nicole was so kind to me. If I ever move back to Newport, I hope to come back to CityView. Highly recommended!!!
Gwen does an amazing job of making sure all her residents are happy with their apartment! Love the view, pool, and great location! �
Gwendolyn is back and does a suburb job at managing these apartments. She is always very welcoming and keeps the places clean and updated! She is personal to every resident and takes what you say into consideration.
Beautiful view watching the fireworks! There is a real sense of community and everyone was very social. Complex is surrounded by green space and has one of the best views of downtown in the city.
