I really love living here! The building is beautiful, security is great, neighbors are amazing....
This place sucks on all levels the first floor has the garbage can in the back elevator infested with gnats that attack you when you enter that you hold your breath till the elevator shuts to avoid breathing in the bugs. My electric bill is $300 this month $200 last month for a 600 sq feet home. OUC told me it's bc of the cool water and the cost is more due to summer season. These apartments don't qualify for OUC budget friendly program so you can't pay one fee all year to not break your bank month on cold air. My house show... read more

This place is total shit. Whatever you do don't move in here. Let me breakdown what these people at this location will not tell you as they try to sell you the location and the amenities. Issues: 1st - floors 1 - 4 have a major fly issue. The garbage and dirt outside attracts these disgusting flies that come through the window sealant, the sinks and hallways. The management will tell you they spray every Friday and your appartment if need be, but the reality is they cannot ge...Continue Reading
