Am on a fixed income and own 2 rescue dogs and a cat. I explained to him my situation and he took care of me by allowing me to pay him 50.00 a month so they could get the care they needed. I can not gaureente that he would do that for you, but at least I was honest and held up my end of the bargain
We found two black labs that were obviously someone's pets. We called after hours and Dr. Thomas graciously met us back at his hospital anyway. He scanned both dogs of which one was tagged. He was able to call the dog's owner who soon after came by to pick up her dogs. It was so nice to see that the vet cared more about the dogs' well being than his schedule. Two thumbs for Dr. Thomas!
