Four times I have gone to this facility in the past month. Four different times I arrived midway through their lunch hour, hoping to be seen quickly. Four times I have waited for more than an hour (lunch I thought was only an hour long! Why am I waiting for 2.5 hours?). FOUR TIMES I was turned away, with shortness of breath, dizzy spells, confusion, problems processing information, simply because they decided that as an Urgent Care facility, they were not going to take me unless I had an appointment. Been here 3 times and the 3rd reminded me what Obama care is gonna do to us all. Poor managment all the way around. Back to Winchester va
Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever experienced in any professional setting. If I was hit by a car in their parking lot, I would drag myself with my eyelids to the emergency room rather than darken their door again.
