We had already decided to buy the car a few days earlier and then signed the contract. After signing, we were presented with extras and an extended warranty. I felt pressured to make decisions about these add-ons on the spot, without enough time to properly consider whether they were worthwhile. On reflection, the extended warranty seemed poor value. That part of the process left a poor impression, and I would not recommend this dealer.

My experience with City Toyota was extremely disappointing. During a routine service, my vehicle was reversed into a pole while in Toyota's care, causing damage that required repair. While accidents can happen, what followed was months of poor communication, unanswered emails and phone calls, and a repair process that took approximately three months to finalise. Sign a contract to buy, then brings up extras and (almost useless) extended warranty, that I felt pressured to buy. Rude and disrespectful behaviour. Would not recommend.
I had a great experience with Michael McGuinness at City Toyota. He was welcoming and professional from the beginning right through to the completion of my new vehicle purchase. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he even stayed in touch while I was overseas. I’m very happy with my new vehicle.
