Had a real easy time here servicing my car with Brandon F. Very thorough, and he knew everything about my car. He answered my detailed questions very well and I'd love to have him again as a service manager. Also bought my first Supra here 4 years ago. Great dealership overall.
Great service. Neil Sayson was extremely helpful to find the right car. He went above and beyond to locate and bring the car color we wanted from a different dealership, and let us keep the price we agreed on even if the car had more options than the one we were looking at in daily City dealership
Agents at this location sold my friend a Corolla Cross with a recurring issue (a squealing noise). My friend's family kept having to waste hours bringing the car back to the dealership to have it "fixed," but the problem would just come back. They have had to bring the car in at least 6 times. Instead of fixing the issue, the workers just kept patching it until the car's warranty expired. How convenient. Shady agents who just sell cars, then want nothing to do with you after they get their commission.
Had an amazing experience as usual!!! Will only buy my vehicles from City Toyota! Awesome Team!
