Customer service sucks and when you finally get some one to call you back no we can't do that. Their web site boast all these things they can do but in actuality they can't or just to lazy.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed large order and was given a completion date. 1 week past the estimated completion date and they only produced half the order. 2 weeks past deadline and we were told to stop asking when it will be complete. 3 weeks later and the order still is not complete. The customer service is non existent. They obviously don't care about repeat business. Schitty customer service from Schitty tool works.

*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY*** I called this place for a custom fabrication, received a quote within my budget and decided to move forward. After several attempts to get a response by dropping in calls and leaving voicemails in regards to my project, no one seems to be able to return my calls.

I can't recommend City Tool Works enough for their incredible craftsmanship and project management. They go above and beyond, helping in the conceptual phase in addition to the execution of our jobs - I trust them wholeheartedly with our business's signage and fabrication needs. They treat our projects like they are their own.
