For over two decades my family has used City Tire for all of our tire needs. I often enjoyed reading the letters of appreciation and thanks on display in the waiting area. It seems that under new ownership this is not the level of service. A couple of weeks ago, family members took their toyota van to have repairs. At 4:30 they were called and told it was ready. Recently this company improperly installed a tie rod and damaged the clock spring in the air bag system of a Toyota Sienna. These "repairs" ultimately resulted in making the van unsafe to drive. They allowed this family to leave in a van that could have caused a major accident. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!!!
They damaged my car instead of fixing the problem. I am still currently without a vehicle because of this establishment. They admit they are at fault but do not want to do the right thing and correct the issues. I have already taken it back to have the original work redone because of "bad new parts" they put on and the work was not done properly yet again and my vehicle is unsafe to drive and pretty much a total loss. Recently purchased a BMW 328 IX at Egolf and my experience could not be better. From my first inquiry to the final transaction Josh, Lee and their team made the transaction easy and efficient. Josh assured me of their detailed 120 point check. Everything from new breaks, tires and oil change was included. Fixed my problem
Great group to work with, no hassle and no shady tactics. Worked with both Lee and Josh, both very straight forward about the vehicle, my trade, and my credit. Truly worked with me to get me into a vehicle more suited to my family. Appreciate it guys, honesty and upfrontness aren't common at dealers, but this group is top notch!
