Roughly a week after I had city tire put tires on my wife's Jeep it started making a noise in the front end. My first thought was a wheel bearing but it sounded a little off even for that. when I went to take the tire off I found that only one of the lug nuts was actually tight the rest I spun off with my hand. I called and left two voice-mails but to no surprise I havent received a call back. Zach I'm the owner at city tire and I'm very sorry of your experience that you had with us it is totally my fault because I don't check my answer machine usually if someone has a problem they can call during our business hours we tighten all lug nuts with impact and then with torque wrench again I'm sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you
RecommendedThis is the only place I’ll go for tires! They always help me out and are HONEST. If I just need a plug they don’t recommend I get a new tire, they fix it for me! I’ll be giving them my tire business and referring everyone I know 🤗
Very shady and unethical business practices
Uneducated techs and bad business practices
When I brought my vehicle in to get a tire balanced. I was told I needed new tie rods when they where brand new, and he never looked at the tie rods. Also he did not balance the wheel because he stripped out 3 of my locking lug nuts that where brand new as well. I had 3 other people with me that witnessed the entire thing. I will be bringing this company to small claims court since I had to have the wheel cut off because the locking lugs where stripped so bad, and they refused to help me in any way. I just got a flat and made it to City Tire, Brandon got me in before they even opened and fixed my tire in less than 5 minutes. Then told me this one was on them. That’s a sign of a Great business when they’re willing to do small things like that for free. Next time I have any issues this is the first place I’m thinking of. Thank you.
