Beautiful buildings but property Management treats tenants with complete disrespect. They are extortionists. Please read the other reviews and save yourself the stress. I’ve had an excellent experience renting with City Suites Property Management! From day one, their team has been responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. Anytime I needed maintenance, they responded promptly—usually within 24 hours, which is impressive in the city! They’ve always been extremely helpful, making my time as a tenant stress-free and enjoyable. I’ve lived in a City Suites unit for 3 years now. They are so responsive, quick to solve any issue (and there haven’t been many anyways), and adopted a really convenient online portal a few years back. You get the best of both worlds - an apartment that feels like a home, not inside a huge hotel-esque managed building, with the same amenities and responsiveness. Would stay here longer if I wasn't moving out of state! Be a good tenant and you’ll have a good experience :)
