Lived there years ago. Had a wonderful college educated Property Manager, but the owner wanted his nephew to learn everything she knew, like a cheat sheet for a degree. The owner eventually fired her, and his lazy nephew Andrew took over and ruined the business. I had to sue (and won in court) for living without hot water for two weeks, because the plumber spent his time drinking on the clock and never fixing anything during that time. Kind and responsive office.
I leased with City Suites in my first year moving to Boston. They were fantastic! Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved and one of the office managers even came out to the unit to fix my sink when the maintenance man was booked. I appreciated their responsiveness for even a quick phone call / questions I had throughout my lease. Thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended overall
Beautiful buildings but property Management treats tenants with complete disrespect. They are extortionists. Please read the other reviews and save yourself the stress. Expect rent increases over market price and to be nickel and dimed over everything. EDIT: Based on the Owner's response, I’d like to clarify the reasons behind my rating. I’ve had an excellent experience renting with City Suites Property Management! From day one, their team has been responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. Anytime I needed maintenance, they responded promptly—usually within 24 hours, which is impressive in the city!
