Really bad service only used for 2 weeks had to pay fir a month and to top it off still try after 2-3 weeks to try and get my deposit back wont take my phone calls random text with very little detail AVOID this place both with the headache

This is the most awful and disgusting experience ever! The manager of the store called and messaged me multiple times to ask me to pay everything first before we go to the place to check it without disclosing any terms and conditions. Because I TRUSTED UHUAL SO I DECIDED TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BEFORE WE WENT TO SEE THE PLACE. When we arrived the storage at 9 am as the same on my reservation and the manager told us as the operation time. there is nobody and the gate is locked.
