DO NOT USE! I just want to say how incredibly rude and unprofessional City Storage has proven to be. I came into the office a month ago and discussed with the owner in person about renting a unit from the 15th to the 15th. He said, "We don't typically do that, but I can this time". I called once again two weeks prior to reconfirm that I had a reserved unit from the 15th to the 15th for a total of $171.
